The two bed room was incredibly spacious — something we really appreciated, especially with kids who like to have a bit of space. There was a nice sitting area where we could all relax together, and plenty of storage for all our things. The hotel is right above and next to Imperial Mall, which made everything so convenient. it honestly felt like a mini home away from home.

Room is spacious. Kids enjoy the bathtub. easy to find foods, entertainment for kids, parking available for free with good security. Kids below 5 years having breakfast for free. Although breakfast time is until 10am, the kitchen staff still allow us to sit to finish our foods because we come down for breakfast 15 mins before its close.

From reception to housekeeping, the staff are courteous, friendly & helpful. Keep up the great work. Facilities are up to expectations. Breakfast spread is marvelous! I thought it was a lunch buffet!

1. Apartment was spacious, 2. Location is close to shopping malls, if anyone was tired they can just stay in and the rest of us can go out. 3. Breakfast was affordable with a wide selection of food and it starts early too!

Good location, a mall directly across, had a very reasonable currency exchange shop in the mall, breakfast buffet was amazing with an incredible selection of foods.

1. Location - exactly one building with shopping centre. Connected with Permaisuri Mall. 2. Good customer service - efficient service from the receptionist to person in-charge of fixing the bulb. All are helpful and available whenever needed.
